Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, BedroomDuvetSpot.com will not be responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address of which was provided by the customer.
**Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to Canada are subject to duties and taxes. BedroomDuvetSpot.com is NOT responsible for any fees or duties that may be applied to shipments outside the United States. The customer (recipient) is responsible for the payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. **BedroomDuvetSpot.com reserves the right not to ship to an unconfirmed address. We also reserve the right at any time to accept or decline an order for any reason.

Return Policy
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. You
must first contact us by email at support@bedroomduvetspot.com and
obtain an approved Return Material Authorization (RMA) number in order
for us to accept the return. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from date of issue. All returns must have the Return Material Authorization number clearly written on the outside of the shipping label. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages
of bedding for refund or credit. All items must be returned in new and UNUSED condition, complete with
original packaging materials, accessories and packaging slips. DO NOT use the original manufacturer's box as the shipping box. Returns,
order cancellations and refusals of delivery are subject to a $15.00
per item restocking fee. We will not charge a restocking fee if we find
that the return merchandise is a direct result of our error. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.
All returns are subject to inspection. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will insure it is in UNUSED condition and issue a full refund minus shipping charges and restocking fees. Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel an order, change an item, or change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bedroomduvetspot (please mark email as URGENT). We usually process the order once it is received and generally cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Therefore the sooner you contact us, the better your chance of catching the order in time. If the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will have to proceed with our Return Policy.
Undelivered and Refused Shipments
If a package is undelivered or refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs plus a $15.00 per item restocking fee. Shipping fees include return shipping costs and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process.
